This Saturday all teams will be competing at the competition below.

SPECTATOR INFORMATION
Parking & Entrance:

• Parking will be available in lots surrounding the venue.
• Door opens at 7:00 AM
• Main entrance is located directly in front of the building of Hall C
• Those purchasing tickets on-site will need to stop at the event box office.
• Those purchasing tickets in advanced will check in with the Varsity All Star Staff at the door where they will exchange your e-ticket for the appropriate wristband

VENUE INFORMATION
Please note this facility has restrictions on the following:

• No outside food or drink is allowed though concessions may be purchased inside the venue.
• All bags will be checked by the venue security staff before entering the building.
• No aerosol products (hairspray, glitter, etc.) are allowed. Use of these products inside the facility will result in a fine.

CONCESSIONS & VENDORS
• Concessions will be available throughout the venue starting at 9:30AM.
• Event Merchandise will be available.

Athletes will meet their coaches at the front of the facility. All athletes must wear their full uniforms, white socks, white cheer sneakers and their silver competition bow. All hair must be up in a high ponytail with cheer curls. Athletes must have their make-up done and all jewelry removed. All athletes on Junior Teams MUST wear their black mesh body liners when they perform. In addition, all athletes must wear their jersey’s over their uniform at all times expect when traveling to and from the practice gym and the competition floor. Varsity will assess deductions to the team score for any athlete seen walking around with their mid-drift showing.

Athletes will be permitted to bring in a backpack to store their belongings and will keep it with them while in the facility but when they go to the practice gym, they must give them to their parents.

Athletes will be permitted to bring a bottle of water. NO FOOD will be allowed in the facility.

The report times below are tentative and will be confirmed when we receive the final schedule:

Mini Blaze – 7:30 am
Hot Tamales – 7:30 am
Fire Cats – 11:00 am
Lady Sizzle – 11:00 am
Hell’s Angels – 6:15 pm
ATHLETES MUST BE ON TIME!!!

Your Athlete should report the coaches in their full uniform, with hair all up in a high ponytail with cheer curls and bow, make-up done and with no extra belongings as described below:

1. South Jersey Fire Uniforms.
2. All athletes on Lady Sizzle & Fire Cats MUST wear their sheer body liner with their uniform. The body liners are supposed to arrive by Friday, 1/27.
3. Hair should be worn all up in a high ponytail with cheer curls. Braids or hair that cannot be curled is not acceptable. Please keep in mind your athlete will be tumbling and stunting and excessive hair can be a hazard.

5. White no show ankle socks
6. All white cheer sneakers

8. Natural Eye lash extensions or strips are welcomed.
9. Athletes are not permitted to wear any jewelry, fake nails and/or nail polish, or hair ties on their wrists. Please be sure these items are removed prior to reporting to your coaches. If your athlete has jewelry on, they will be asked to remove it. Coaches will not be responsible for any jewelry removed after reporting.
10. Please be aware that you are a representative of SJF and behave accordingly with good sportsmanship both within our organization and with other organizations as well. Unsportsmanlike conduct of any kind will not be tolerated.
Any athlete in violation of any of the above will be written up for each occurrence. 3 write ups will result in removal from the organization.

Parents Rules of Conduct:

1. Good sportsmanship is mandatory at all competitions. Any parent involved in or who is reported as not showing good sportsmanship will be asked not to attend any future competitions.
2. Under NO circumstances should any parent, sibling, or any other person who is not an SJF Athlete or coach, enter the warmup area at any competition.
3. Do not yell to or try to get your child’s attention while they are in the warmup area at any competition. If you have something important that needs to be relayed to your athlete, please text their coach.
4. Do not gossip about other children, coaching staff, or other teams.
